We want you and your pup to love every product from Long Dog Living. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We're unable to accept returns on items that show signs of use or wear.

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@longdogliving.shop with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. You may choose either:

A refund to your original payment method (processed within 5–10 business days), or
An exchange for another item of equal value.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you — no return required.
